2 people in twin beds, and 1 person in a sofa bed if necessary.
“Japanese Style Room with Private Hot Spring”…23-24 sq.m.
The private hot spring is stone built, with a bath tub made out of hinoki tree.
Enjoy the woody aroma of hinoki, and the smooth water making you forget the bustles of your daily life.
The large window also gives you great scenery of the surroundings.
The room is simply designed to make you feel at ease with enough space for you and your family or friends to stay.

The hem less Ryukyu Tatami floor is one accent of the room, and makes more spacious.
Enjoy the fresh smell and the touch of the tatami floor, and have a good night rest in a Japanese style bed,

Must see spots around Bibai
“Sun Sports Land Bibai”
Full of numerous sports facilities like; All Weather Tennis Court,
Multipurpose Field (suitable for soccer), Baseball Field, Japanese
Croquet Court, Athletic Field, Cycling Road, Clay Court.
“Bibai International Ski Area”
You can enjoy skiing and snowboarding from early December till
late March. Five different courses to entertain you with the finest
powder snow of Hokkaido. Rest house and free parking lot
(maximum 250 cars) are available for visitors.
“Miyajima Marsh”
A Ramsar Convention registered marsh, located in the west side of
Bibai city. In autumn and spring, you can see the White-fronted
Geese come flying. The Miyajima Marsh Waterfowl and Swamp
Center was built in 2007, to observe the species inhabiting this area.
From this center, you can enjoy the view of the marsh, along with
exhibitions about their research.
“Arte Piazza Bibai”
An art culture exchange facility, re-using the former Sakae Elementary School. Here you can enjoy many art pieces of
the famous sculptor, Kan Yasuda, that are exhibited both indoor and outdoors.
“Old Sakurai Residence”
Ex. Bibai City Mayor’s residence, donated by his family in 1983. You can see the popular structure of the houses built
through Taisho and Early Showa era. On the premises, there are two valuable buildings. The first is the Bibai Tonden Arme
Blanche Powder Garage. This is the only Tonden Arme Blanche Powder Garage existent in Hokkaido. The second is
the Bibai Tondenhei Barrack. This barrack was registered as one of the Hokkaido Heritage Site.
“Tomei Park”
Known as the foremost cherry blossom viewing sight, in central Hokkaido. In early May, you can see more than 3,500
cherry blossom trees in full bloom. Also, in early summer, you can enjoy 15,000 azalea trees in full bloom.
Within the park, stands a 27m high observation tower “Carillon” to look over the park.
If you hike up the mountain trail for about 30min., you can enjoy the panoramic view of Ishikari Plain from Furusato No
Oka Ocservatory.
“Bibai Railway-Old Tomei Station”
Within the premises, the island platform and the steam locomotive is preserved. The exterior of the station building is
available to look around.
“Minenobu Park”
The first reservoir made in Hokkaido. It was completed in year 26 of Meiji era (1982), and is still in use.
At one time there used to be a Japanese style inn standing on the reservoir.
“Roadside Station Mikasa”
Former Sun Farm Mikasa. Located between Mikasa city and Iwamizawa city. It was registered as Hokkaido’s first
roadside station in 1993. A big waterwheel is standing as a marker. Here you can buy and taste the unique and special
products of this area. There also is a cafeteria to grab a light meal. If you stop by, you must try the “eight-rowed corn”,
which is one of the eye-catcher of this area.
